Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance
By using Koru Suite you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Koru Suite is an e-commerce widget platform operated by Red Clover. It lets you configure and install conversion tools on your website from a central dashboard.
3. Account and access
You may sign up through Auth0 with a verified email. Your Koru Suite account is identified by your authenticated identity, not by email alone. Keep your information current and protect your credentials.
4. Organization
During onboarding you may create an organization and become its initial sole user. An active user can access every website in that organization; existing accounts and their manual administration keep their current conditions.
5. Apps and acquisition
The catalog states whether an app is manual, paid, or free self-service. Only Koru VTEX MCP is available for self-service during this launch. Free apps have a $0 license price; any applicable cost, markup, or external service is disclosed before enablement.
6. Websites and verification
You may register only websites you control. Each website must complete a verification method shown in the dashboard. An unverified website may remain associated with an app, but it cannot enable data access or operational authorizations. A website verified in another organization is never transferred automatically.
7. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully. Do not use it for fraud, access other customers' data, or modify the software without authorization.
8. Integrations and assistants
Koru Suite authorizes integrations only for the app and website you approved. Koru VTEX MCP requires explicit OAuth authorization and may include external assistants you connect. Koru Suite does not store VTEX credentials or decide the state of your VTEX connection.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. Red Clover is not liable for service interruptions or indirect damages arising from its use.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you at least 10 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance of the new terms.
11. Closure and recovery
You may request account closure or archive a website. Closure remains blocked and recoverable for 30 calendar days from the server-recorded timestamp. After that period, closure is irreversible, the domain is released, and data not subject to legal or audit retention is deleted or anonymized.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
